Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Development Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of aspiring students or developers by delivering high-quality training programs. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training sessions focused on full-stack web development, including front-end and back-end technologies. Your expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools will enable you to provide valuable insights and guidance to trainees. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for full-stack web development, catering to the needs of beginners and intermediate learners.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group activities.
• Instruct students on front-end and back-end technology fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React, Java, databases, frameworks, spring boot, microservices and version control systems.
• Provide practical examples and real-world scenarios to enhance understanding and application of concepts.
• Facilitate discussions and answer trainees' questions to ensure clarity and comprehension.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Prior experience as a Full Stack Development Trainer is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, databases, frameworks (e.g., React JS, Angular), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping individuals succeed in their learning journey.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 5+ years of work experience with Technical Training

Work Location: In person
